Job Purpose
To be responsible for being the first line support to Suppliers and Clients regarding a range of queries. Ensuring that these queries are dealt with in an efficient and manner to maintain the delivery of excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Help Desk
* First line support for Clients and Suppliers and on the online VMS technology platform. Be an expert system user with the ability to quickly interpret, provide advice and action all requests
* Ongoing responsibility for managing the live online vacancy board, ensuring all shortlists, interviews and job offers are handled in an efficient and timely manner.
* Responsibility for time sheet queries ensuring that they are resolved and approved in a timely manner
* Responsibility for invoice queries, liaising with Finance to ensure an efficient resolution.

Supply Chain
* Management of an approved supply panel consisting of over 30 recruitment agencies with multiple branch locations throughout the UK.
* Ensure 100% compliance of supplier processes through scheduled bi-annual and on the spot supplier audits where requested by The RPO Account Manager
* Reporting any supplier non-conformance issues to the RPO Account Manager

* Train and support new hiring managers and supplier personnel on the use of the supplier on-line system
* Ongoing requirement to train and support all system users, ensuring that the supplier system is fully utilised

* Travel as and when required to supplier sites throughout the UK to conduct supplier audits
* Represent the company in a professional manner at all times whilst looking to continuously make improvements for cost saving, revenue generation and customer service.
* Involvement with projects as directed by the RPO Account Manager, ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
* Ensure all agreed Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators are achieved at all times.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* The ability to explain technical solutions clearly
* Good working knowledge of outlook, word and excel
* Experience understanding bespoke computer systems and software
* Good organisational and prioritising skills
* The ability to keep accurate work records
