My client is a leading support services business and provides hard and soft services to a wide range of clients and has a strong reputation across the private sector.
They are now seeking an experienced account manager ideally with a strong soft services background to oversee a key account. The key duties include;

• Implement and deliver soft services for client sites across the designated area.
• Day to day management of all financial and commercial aspects of the account
• Act as key contact for senior client stakeholders including relationship building
• Set the annual strategic goals for the account
• Ensure that all key KPI’s and QSHE targets for the account are met
• Manage and develop operational soft services team including recruitment and training
• Oversee all statutory requirements and corporate policies for the contract
• Lead all relevant project work

You will have a strong soft services background in an account management role with good P+L management experience. Strong client relationship building skills are essential for the role, as is knowledge of developing an operational team.
