Are you an experienced professional Receptionist who is looking for temporary part time work in Warwick. Our client ideally requires a Receptionist to work 2 full days a week but this may increase depending on workload and occasional holiday and sickness cover. Also this may extend beyond Christmas.

This is a very busy role and requires someone to meet and greet prestigious visitors, arrange meeting rooms, catering, deal with post, travel and visa's etc.

The ability to multitask is a must and good IT skills are essential as you will also be involved in administration and secretarial tasks. A first class telephone manner is also required as you will answering and transferring calls within the business.
