This is an immediate requirement for a Project Manager or Consultant with experience of working with clients based in the Central government, Justice or Police sectors.

A great opportunity has arisen for a Consultant to work for a leading management consultancy in the Central London area. This role will be working providing consultancy advice on the setting up, running and delivery of programmes being run for the UK bodies.



Responsibilities for this role

- As a Principal Consultant for the Justice sector you will play an integral role in the development and continued success of the company.

- With ever increasing political, commercial and technical complexity, the success of our client's business transformation initiatives rests upon their ability to be agile, with the capability to make informed and timely decisions across their portfolio on the appropriate distribution of operational and capital expenditure and allocation of resources.

- Primarily focusing on Government clients in the Justice Sector, you will join our established delivery team in advising Government Departments, Executive Agencies and Arm's Length Bodies in how to define and deliver transformational change through a range of programmes and projects.

Requirements for this role

- Experience of leading the delivery of consulting assignments
- Ability to create and manage client relationships
- A genuine enthusiasm to contribute to the growth of a successful business.
- Experience of creating and leading teams
- Experience working in or with Government Departments in the Justice sector, such as the Home Office, Ministry of Justice and Police Organisations;
- Experience in delivering change programmes, utilising methodologies such as; MoP, MSP, AGILE and PRINCE2;
- The flexibility to perform when working as part of a team or when acting independently;
- The confidence to operate effectively in a client's team in order to influence decision makers;
- Excellent presentation, analysis and communication skills (written and oral);
- Understanding of the Governments change agenda, and how portfolio, programme and project management services can assist in delivering these objectives.


Due to the nature of the work at this site, applicants must be capable of achieving SC level UK security clearance. Current clearance is not a requirement
