Consultancy role as a Building Surveyor in London. Up to £43K basic.

Your new company

A London based firm of Chartered Building Surveyors are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team. Established over 20 years ago, this firm have a strong presence within the market, and a large portfolio of commercial, residential and retail clients. They provide a high level of service that is second to none, which is why they have been able to grow year on year and have strong relationships with London based clients.

Your new role

As a Building Surveyor you will be providing both professional and contract services to the firm's clients, and advising them on their property related needs. You will be working within a team of extremely experienced Building Surveyors, who believe in the importance of training and career progression, which is why promotions will be based on merit as opposed to when vacancies will become available.

What you'll need to succeed

If you are an experienced Building Surveyor, who has the ability to lead project work from inception to completion, and have a strong set of technical and contract skills, then this role is suitable to you.

What you'll get in return

Up to £43K basic annual salary + Bonus + 23 days annual leave. Here you will be given the autonomy to manage your own client portfolio and prioritise your workload, with immediate access to the support from your team.
