Opportunity overview: Capstone are engaged exclusively with a global leader for real estate services for a Soft Facilities Assistant to support the day to day administration for the functions of conference rooms. Summary of responsibilities for a Facilities Assistant:

* Part of teh venet management team you will provide all conference room set-up services as requested by the client, which includes (but not limited to) planning, booking, set-up and break-down, regular inspections, and occasional standby support.
* Liaison with in-house contractors to ensure all Mechanical & Electrical works, IT Catering, Cleaning, Security, Health & Safety are working correctly
* Arranging room availability
* Set up audio, projectors and other equipment to run correctly when needed
* Deal with catering requests
* Being the central point of contact for all facilities related tasks.

About you:

* Events management/ soft facilities/ facilities assistant experience
* Commercial awareness and excellent business acumen
* Must have excellent communication skills; mange customer expectations and communicated effectively with contractors
* Education: completed A levels, high education, degree level would be beneficial within a similar industry i.e. real estate, event manager.
* Competent user of Microsoft Office packages, audio and visual technology
* Able to prove that you are proactive, good at problem solving, able to work under time pressures
