The Company

An exciting new position has arisen within a dynamic organisation for a Payroll Advisor within the Payroll function of the Finance department.

The company has grown exponentially within the last three years and offers an energetic, fast paced environment.

The Role

We are seeking and experienced Payroll Advisor to support their lively finance team. The successful candidate will be highly organised, adaptable and able to work under their own initiative.

You will be responsible for the following,

* Providing first class payroll processing
* To ensure the provision of an efficient, confidential and accurate payroll service which meets internal customer needs and ensures compliance
* Supporting MI and statutory data requests for internal and external customers
* Support Time & Attendance systems, shift exceptions on a daily basis, liaising with line
* managers to ensure compliance with relevant terms and conditions to achieve accurate

payment of monthly remuneration

The newly appointed Payroll Advisor will have excellent communication skills both when dealing with colleagues and customers.

The Candidate

As an experienced Payroll Advisor you should have a strong attention to detail and be a team player. A proven operational understanding of all aspects of current UK payroll legislation is essential. Experience of using MS Word and excellent Excel skills would be advantageous. The candidate will have the ability to multitask, plan and prioritise own workload whilst working in a busy pressurised environment.

Salary for this role will be up to £26k, plus benefits
