The Position

An exciting opportunity for a talented Business Operations Executive Assistant has arisen to join the team based in Marlow. The primary focus will be to support one of the Managing Consultants as well as the wider team of consultants in all aspects of delivering an outstanding service to clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Here are some of the core areas of responsibility and they all have great scope to which you can bring your own personality, skills and ideas.

• Executive Assistant to a Managing Consultant – this includes partnering with them in managing their diary, ensuring that they are prepared for all their meetings and ensuring that their daily, weekly and monthly schedule allows time for all their diverse range of business activities
• With guidance from the Managing Consultant, liaising with clients and candidates on arranging all steps in the search/engagement lifecycle to ensure a timely and successful outcome
• Supporting with administrative and management needs throughout the whole search and consulting engagement process
• Assisting in their contact strategy to ensure that all clients and candidates are kept fully informed at all times throughout the assignment cycle
• Coordinating all travel arrangements for candidates – this includes managing flights, making hotel reservations, preparing appointment schedules for travel and submitting travel budgets to clients
• Creating executive level reports for clients by sourcing, collating and presenting information to an outstanding standard
• Acting as a central point of contact in the office for the extended team.
• For all Business Development activity, with the guidance from the Managing Consultant, coordinate all steps in the engagement lifecycle for contact and follow up by the Managing Consultant.
• Ensuring all internal and external documentation is prepared in a timely manner to an outstanding standard of quality and accuracy
• Ensuring all communication sent from the team is clear and concise, that all meetings are confirmed, and written material is prepared in a professional and timely manner
• Continuously seeking and reviewing ways and means to improve the quality of service provided to clients, candidates and within the team
• With guidance from the Managing Consultant assisting with research.
