Our client is looking to recruit a graduate to work within their Account Support Team the role will involve looking after the administration of a range of clients. This is a client facing role and as such a high level of professionalism must be demonstrated at all times. The Client Services Account Executive will be required to manage their workload and time effectively to deliver the best results to clients.

The Customer Services Account Executive will be tasked to:

• Provide a point of contact for clients
• Deal with client queries and requests
• Provide support for the Client Management team
• Ensure a reliable flow of work through to the production team

It will be job holder’s primary responsibility to ensure that the day to day client queries and requests are dealt with effectively and that where required are escalated.

The Exec will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all client requests are dealt with completely and to a high standard
• Keeping clients informed of the day to day progress as per the clients requirements
• Ensuring that all issues are highlighted to the relevant Manager/escalation point

Additional & Specific Tasks
The Execs, individually and collectively, will be required to:

• Take Inbound Calls from Clients
• Make call backs to Clients as and when required
• Deal with client queries received by phone, e-mail and via the database.
• A small amount of manual Order processing
• Uploading orders and kitting spreadsheets as per the client requirements
• A small amount of order printing
• Creation of Customs Documents as required
• Making Stock adjustments on the stock management system
• Some despatching of orders from the stock management system
• Creating and briefing in dataloads to/for the despatch team
• Some data manipulation for kitting
• Dealing with goods in queries from the Goods In Team/Client
• Creating Job briefs, liaising and planning in work with the production team
• Liaising with production to ensure all tasks are carried out on time
• Planning hours through the morning board application
• Raising dedicated vehicle requests and liaising with despatch to ensure that all orders are despatched on time
• Creation of client specific reports as deemed appropriate
• Helping to build the working relationship with clients
• Providing account cover for other members of the team

Skills and Attributes Required
Skill level should be above average in the areas of:
• Good verbal communication skills
• Literacy and good presentation writing skills
. Be degree educated
• Numerate
• Key board skills, knowledge of Microsoft office programs
• Time management
• Ability to cope well under pressure
• Ability to meet client deadlines
• Multitasking
