Customer Service Co-ordinator

Our client is a fast growing online retail company in the home and garden sector.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator who is confident, organised, creative and self-motivated, to join our client’s online team.

Duties to include:

- Dealing with and resolving after sales enquiries
- Customer issue resolution
- Assisting with product dispatch/label printing etc
- Order processing
- Dealing with customer enquiries via email and phone
- Monitor and process customer returns

Required skills & Experience

• Good knowledge of all MS packages
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organised & motivated
• Able to learn quickly and work well as part of a small team
