Account Director, Hertfordshire, £60,000 - £75,000 (plus bonus potential)

Are you an analytical Senior Account Manager or Account Director with strong relationship building skills?

Our client work with key brands throughout the retail and restaurant sector and are responsible for all client facing activity throughout the UK and Europe. Their consultative style is key to the high level of service they provide to their clients and as such they have been successful in retaining 100% of their existing client base.

As Account Director you will be responsible for managing a team of both Account Managers and Account Executives and you will be expected to continue to develop the company's expansion in terms of both clients and employees. This role will require regular travel throughout the UK alongside some international travel.

Essential skills:
• Educated to Degree level (non-negotiable)
• Experience analysing and interpreting complex data sets
• Previous experience delivering high-level insights
• Previous experience managing a team both directly and on a remote basis
• The ability to nurture and develop new and existing client relationships

Desirable skills
• Experience working within the following industries: Retail, Grocers or Restaurants
• Educated to Masters Degree Level
