We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work for a large and expanding Contact Centre in Sunderland.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and self motivated with a good telephone manner. Candidates applying must have previous customer service experience either face to face or over the telephone (this does not need to be within a contact centre environment) and have a passion for providing a high quality service to customers. You must also have good IT skills.

As a Customer Service advisor the main duties would include;
*Taking inbound calls
*Answering queries relating to product information
*Customer Service
*Updating computer system

The hours for this role are full time Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 8am-10pm - on a 12 week advanced rota basis (37.5 hours per week)
