Our client is experiencing growth with on-going success opening a newly created position for a Support Engineer to be part of a dynamic team and company that offers a career succession plan.
You will enjoy a fast paced support centre environment supporting sites across the world.
You will provide support for clients with excellent customer service focus and ability to resolve technical issues, provide implementation assistance, workarounds and solutions via telephone, remote support and email.

The talented Support Team deals with varied support requests for multiple pieces of software used by thousands of companies and their clients across the globe and striving to be the best support centre in the world.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering calls, registering support requests on an internal system
• Performing software upgrades to client systems
• Trouble shooting and resolving support at point of logging where possible
• Reproducing and replicating customer problems
• Experience with MS Office, MS SQL
• Excellent telephone manor, Interpersonal and communication skills
• Helpdesk or service desk background
• Team player
• Ability to cope calmly in a high volume environment
