You will be responsible for providing an excellent level of service to internal and external customers. Your key areas of accountability will include leading, motivating and developing a team of Co-ordinators to ensure the effective day to day running of the customer services department. Remaining calm under pressure you will be required to be innovative in your thinking.

*Provide professional, excellent service and support, to internal and external customers at all times
*Ensure the smooth running of multiple corporate accounts
*Develop colleague’s knowledge of accounts and assist in the training and development of new joins
and existing team members
*Manage and prioritise your own and your team’s daily/ weekly workload
*Ensure there is a good sound knowledge of Microsoft and company applications
*Ensure the customer services team is motivated, lead by example
*Ensure all customer orders/ enquiries are processed within the appropriate timeline and prioritise where necessary to ensure that any more urgent tasks are processed/ resolved
*Ensure department telephone targets are met and maintained
*Attend project meetings with account managers supporting and giving input where relevant

*Proven ability of team management having previously held the position of Team Leader or similar
in a Customer Service environment
