Now we are looking for customer relationship managers who recognise that success is driven by the experience of the customer and who are motivated to add value to customers seeking our assistance.

Working as part of a dedicated customer team managed by our customer services provider, Renault Nissan Consulting; you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial call to resolution. You will:

* Be a confident communicator to work cross-functionally with other departments and suppliers to establish the root cause of issues and to identify a solution.
* A proactive learner to continuously maintain knowledge of the latest products and services available to customers.
* Possess strong administration and prioritisation skills to manage customer cases in a timely fashion.
* Able to make commercially sound decisions regarding gestures of goodwill and to identify cost-effective solutions that meet the needs of the customer and the business.
* Have a competitive spirit, to support the ambitions of the brand and to strive for personal and team success.


* Ideally educated to A Level standard with a minimum grade C or equivalent in Maths and English GCSE.
* Experience of managing customer issues ideally with a high value / high involvement product or service.
* Experience of working to service levels and a proven track record of delivering a high quality customer experience.
