Starting salary of £16,090 rising to £18,750 plus benefits

Our Coventry Contact Centre client is a national business with public sector customers throughout the UK. Their focus is purely on delivering a professional, friendly and reliable service to all customers.

They are looking to grow their customer services team by recruiting fantastic, energetic and driven customer focused individuals for August 2016. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
• To handle incoming calls from customers regarding wide range of queries
• To provide clear responses to all enquiries and to ensure all information given is correct and accurate in response to the customer enquiry.
• To accurately enter data onto computer records on every call.
• To maintain customer service standards by answering all call’s promptly, remaining courteous and professional at all times
• To listen attentively to customer requirements asking key questions to establish facts in order to gain a full understanding of the customer need
• To contribute to overall achievements of required Service Level by maintaining agreed personal targets.
• To be available to take calls, ensuring scheduled activities are adhered to, with minimum deviance from that schedule
• Escalating queries when necessary

The ideal candidate will have;
• Some level of customer service experience whether that is face to face or over the telephone.
• Good communication skills
• Good listening skills
• Good writing skills
• Clear speaking voice
• Keyboard skills
• Ability to work under own initiative within a team based environment
• Ability to multi-task by working on more than one contract as required.
• Good interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to diffuse potential conflicts of interest between yourself and the customer
• Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with irate or aggressive customers.

• Starting salary: £16,090 rising to £18,750
