£23,000 - £27,000 plus fantastic benefits scheme.
This role is based in Buckingham.

TechHub are proud to be working with a leading software technology company based near Buckingham. As part of an exciting growth strategy the business requires a talented and ambitious Customer Support Specialist to join the team.

Key responsibilities:
This role is split into the following parts:
- Technical support of the companies' products by providing telephone, e-mail and Skype based responses to a global customer base and network of distributors.
- Technical documentation updates and also creation of new documentation when new hardware or software is released.
- Product testing for the entire company product range including software, firmware and hardware (requires a full UK driving licence).

Essential requirements for this role:

- A clear, concise writing technique and a polite telephone manner.
- Customer service experience in either a retail or office environment.
- Ability to demonstrate a logical approach to troubleshooting – probably gained in a hardware or software support environment.
- A positive attitude and good team working skills.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- An interest in Automotive / Motorsport is also a major advantage.
