My client, a renowned market leader based in Warwick, is looking to double the size of their customer service team. If you are available immediately and have the following skills and attributes, then please apply today for an immediate start!

•First point of contact for all inbound calls - resolving all queries/enquiries efficiently

•Log all information onto company in-house database

•Liaise with other departments within the business to ensure queries are dealt with accordingly

•Generate customer reports and track the progress via Excel

•General administration duties including filing and post distribution

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

•Experience of working within an office based customer service position is essential

•Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

•Computer literate and a confident user of Excel is essential

•Experience of using SAP is desirable
