A chance to work within a dedicated Help Desk team in an ever changing yet rewarding environment, providing an excellent, customer focused service. The advisor will be responsible for managing calls from end to end, including fault logging, information requests and complaints, in an effective and timely manner, liaising with the wider contract teams to ensure that all contractual obligations are met.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, reliable and proactive team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and a strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills and flexible attitude are essential, along with the ability to use their own initiative in order to achieve the required results.
We are currently looking for a full time advisor.

Hours worked: 37.5 on a rotated shift basis:-

• 07:00 – 15:30
• 07.30 – 16.00
• 08:00 – 16:30
• 08.30 – 17.00
• 09:30 – 18:00

Receive and process customer telephone requests and accurately log them on to the in-house database to enable the accurate transfer of information to the appropriate department for action in accordance with the service level specifications. To manage calls within a timely and effective manner and in line with contractual obligations whilst offering customer service that exceeds expectations.

Regularly review the calls logged on the database and liaise with the wider operational teams to ensure that all SLA times are met, and escalations are managed effectively in line with contract processes.
