Customer Service Advisor required for my well established client based in Coalville

Their Mission

* The post holder will operate within a laid down framework with regard to telephone availability and office administration
* Deal with a broad spectrum of customer queries from simple transactions to complex enquires, including the handling of customer complaints.
* Promote a positive image and realistic expectation of service to customers, demonstrating a corporate commitment to customer care.
* Liaise with other departments to support and assist colleagues to ensure the delivery of a quality integrated service to customers
* Ask questions and listen to the customer to establish their individual requirements and provide them the appropriate service and advice.

Experience, Skills and Knowledge
* Knowledge of customer service
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Good listening skills
* IT Literate with experience of using windows based applications (e.g. Excel etc)
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive outlook.
* Knowledge of SAP desirable
