This is an exciting time for our client who is rapidly expanding due to the success of their business.

They are looking for an experienced Customer Services Manager who can drive the department forward, bringing structure and ensure that the customer's experience is second to none.

You will be handling a team of five and looking after all aspects of customer care.
Your duties will include but not be limited to;
a) Processing orders in liaison with the company's Indian office
b) Customer queries including POD’s, errors, backorders etc
c) Handling unhappy clients

Hours of work are 8 am to 5 pm however candidates must be able to offer flexibility with these hours.

This will be a high pressure role and extremely busy so candidates must be able to remain calm and cope with working within this kind of environment.

Maybe willing to negotiate on salary for right person
