My client, a leading retail company are looking to recruit within an already flourishing team a Customer Service Executive to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a newly established and rapidly expanding internet retail business based in the City Centre.

Main duties will include:
• Answering incoming calls from customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Supporting new and existing customers through their ordering experience
• Responding to emails, live web chats, tweets and Facebook messages.
• Providing updates with regards to orders, deliveries, returns and exchanges
• Answering queries related to product suitability and recommending alternatives if required
• Converting initial enquiries into orders
• Liaising with manufactures and couriers
• Updating an internal system with customer and call records

Hours - 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis between 9am and 8pm- You will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends

The ideal candidate will be experience in a fast-paced call centre environment, pride themselves in delivering customer excellence, appreciate the customer experience and recommend improvements where necessary, be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task, work in a small team environment and be hungry for additional responsibility and progression.
