Internal Account Manager, St Albans £20,000 + 10% Bonus Potential

Our client are looking for a customer focussed sales individual to join their team and play a key part in the future development of this department.

As an Internal Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with your accounts. Through outbound calls you will contact your clients in order to generate follow up orders and keep them informed of any relevant product offers. A key part of this role is identifying potential growth opportunities for your accounts through analysing their buying habits and building strong relationships.

This is not a cold calling role but is an outbound proactive position where excellent customer service is highly important.

Essential Skills:
• Previous experience in managing customer accounts/client relationships over the phone
• Experience working in a targeted sales environment including outbound calling
• Excellent communications skills

Desirable Skills:
• Experience of up-selling and cross-selling to customers over the phone
