We are currently looking for 7 additional Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join our customer service team

These inbound customer service roles are full time permanent and offer a salary of 15 - 16.7k with Immediate Interviews & starts.

You will possess the ability to create a warm genuine rapport with everyone you talk to and they want your personality to shine through to promote a positive connection with the customer.

Full training will be given on the company's services and systems but you will already be able to display the following skills/experience:

- Experience in a customer service focused environment.

- Be able to remain calm, patient and polite in all situations.

- Excellent verbal communications skills, confident, articulate and effective in absorbing information and relaying it clearly to others.

- Display excellent listening skills

- Show empathy to ensure the customer feels valued

- Ability to form strong relationships with customers.

- Remain professional at all times.
