Have you experience of working in a large call centre and whilst enjoying the role would prefer to work in a smaller team environment where you are part of a company which develops and invests in their staff with away days and incentives along with a quarterly bonus.

The main purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding customer support by handling incoming calls from clients and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the team. Experience of working with high volume incoming calls is essential as you will need to respond in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring immediate action is taken where necessary. Part of the role will be admin based working on Excel and updating an online booking system as well as producing reports and updating management information update accurately and efficiently.

Telephone answering and outbound calling
General administrative tasks
Creating and maintaining office documentation
MI report production and distribution
Supporting fellow team members when required
Maintaining confidentiality at all times
Creating and distributing contracts
Maintaining and entering records onto the system in an accurate and timely manner
Auditing booking entries
Creating and distributing reports
Chase outstanding information from clients and suppliers.

This is a permanent position based in the centre of Worcester which can easily be reached by public transport.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7am-3.30pm or 10.30am-7pm
