My client hosts customer service support, for a variety of companies and are looking for a professional, dedicated and customer care champions to oversee live chat discussions.  Live chat is similar to an instant messenger service, online, with all the personal attention of a single agent and the speed of a phone call’s resolution.

As, the Live Chat Supervisor, you will be joining the senior team overseeing the 'live chat operators’ to ensure quality control and consistency for the clients they represent. The role will include monitoring the 'live chat’ content, addressing issues that may arise eg. use of language, providing training, support, as well as reviewing client websites and compiling data to enable efficient support.

• Skilled in the use of written English.
• A good communicator who is seen as a natural leader and mentor, and who has strong influencing and delegating skills.
• Team player who loves working collaboratively in an innovative and fast growing environment.
• An interest in social media and blogging would be an advantage
• A background in call centre operations management would be useful.

Preferred Technical Skills, Competencies or Qualification Requirements
• Good written English
• Excel, Power Point and other office suite skills.

There is flexibility with the days/hours of work.  There are full time or part time positions, as well as weekend work.  There are two core shifts, which are 8am - 4.30pm and 3.30pm - midnight.  However, there is flexibility for the successful candidate.  The main priority is to find flexible working pattern for great people.  So if you are looking for Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm or a night shift, either would be considered.
