This position would suit a recent Graduate or an individual that wishes to start their career.

Key responsibilities:

Manage relationships with clients and act as the clients’ representative within the company to ensure screening is completed promptly and accurately. Duties will include answering questions from clients, chasing clients for further information and to answer questions arising from the screening process, proactively updating clients on the progress of their orders and changes to their service and producing reports. You will advise and work with clients to ensure the screening process is as smooth as possible and to help them follow best practice. You will ensure their experience of the service is the best that it can be.
