Client Details:

Our client is an established, successful and rapidly expanding cosmetic surgery consultation and treatment provider. They have clinics across the UK and pride themselves on providing a service where patient involvement, confidentiality and respect are key.

The company has recently been through an exciting period of change and growth with the appointment of a new Managing Director to the Board. Due to expansion of services, they are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their team.

Job Role:

The main duties of a Customer Service Advisor are:

• Calling potential customers who have enquired through their website/campaigns/legacy data about services and procedures.
• Listening to customers to build relationships and provide advice and guidance on services/procedures available.
• Advising clients of their free consultation process to gather more information, enabling them to make informed decisions.
• Booking customers into and confirming consultation appointments.
• Taking inbound calls and answering general enquiries.
• Engaging with customers via their on line chat platform.
• Handling customer issues in a sensitive and confidential manner.
• Working towards KPI’s.
• Updating an in house system accurately.
• General administration.

Working hours are 37.5/week, five days over seven.

Monday – Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm or 12.00pm – 8.00pm, Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Sunday 10.00am – 5.00pm.

Person Specification:

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have customer care experience gained from either an office, retail or hospitality environment.

More importantly, you will enjoy talking and engaging with customers, building relationships and be able to handle sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner.

You will be able to meet KPI’s and pick up in-house systems quickly.

MUST either drive or be within walking distance of Cardale Park, Harrogate due to irregular public transport times.
