I am urgently seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Specialist in Motherwell, due to start as soon as possible, to run for 6 months before going permanent. This is a full time role, and you must be completely fluent in German and English, as you will be a main point of contact for clients in Germany. Native German speaking level is completely advantageous. Full driving license and car is essential due to location being remote! If you are local we can try and arrange a car share.

The Customer Care Account Administrator will be primarily responsible for managing the relationships with German customers on a day to day basis over the phone, and handling them in an appropriate and timely manner.

Your duties with include:
-Take responsibility for a dedicated number of customers within the channel.
-To direct any requests and issues to the designated internal resources.
-To respond promptly to customer enquires and requests over the phone email and fax.
-Taking ownership of calls so that the customer receives a high level of service at all times
-To handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
-To communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
-To be proactive and follow up customer orders.
-To record details of actions taken
-To escalate issues to the team leader or management level on time.
-To be able to take on team leader roles so that you can support customer care team roles when required/requested.

Skills Required for the role:
-Experience with SAP - advantageous but not essential.
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel.
-Interpersonal skills
-You need strong communication skills both verbal and written
-Strong listening skills
-Customer Focused, with a strong customer service background
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Self motivated and proactive

Experience and Education:
-Must have O/A levels, general education degree or equivalent
-Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practises
-Fluent in English and German
-Six Sigma Green Belt

The hours of work could be flexible, but will be around 7:30 - 4pm Monday to Friday.

We can offer a relocation package for the right candidate who would be looking to move to Motherwell from the South of England, or abroad. This package will be paid to you after your contract finishes and you go permanent. This package is around £2,000. Please note, this relocation package will only be available for people moving from abroad or south of England
