Our client based in Birmingham are currently looking for 10 Customer Service Administrators to join their team on a permanent basis

You will be working on a shift rota between the hours of 8:00 am – 7:00 pm – Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week.

These roles are to start immediately.

Main Duties:
• Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers
• Responding effectively and efficiently to customers requests
• Dealing with complaints
• Logging details and updating in house database
• Dealing with emails and responding accordingly
• Liaising with various departments on a regular basis
Key Skills:
• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Hours of work:

Monday to Friday – 40 hours between 8:00 am – 7:00 pm


£ 14,600 - £14, 976 ( salary based on age and minimum wage )
