Are you looking for a new role in the Call Centre and Customer Service field?

We have Inbound Customer Service Advisor roles available at a leading Cardiff City Centre office.

This is a permanent, full time role where your will be required to work 40 hours per week.

You will need to be flexible to work 5 out of 7 days a week including both Saturday and Sunday on a rotational basis. Hours of work will be between 8am and 9pm.

You will have great conversations with existing customers, answering their questions, solving any problems they may have and talking to them about a wide range of products and services to provide a solution that meets their needs.
