Job Place Ltd are proud to be working with this vibrant company based in Watford who is seeking Customer Service Claims Advisors to work on their busy claims line.

The role will report to the Claims Team Manager and the jobholder will be responsible for the delivery of a positive client experience by communicating with their customers in a helpful, proactive and professional manner.

You will be responsible for processing and investigating claims relating to clients personal injury. You will be dealing with both inbound and outbound calls therefore must have excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner.

Monthly incentives and a great bonus scheme (ote £22k) makes this a perfect position for someone looking to further their career within a new dynamic, busy set office base.

Previous call centre working experience is desirable or being able to demonstrate experience in a busy customer service based role.

Hours are on a rotating shift between 8:30 and 21:00 with alternate weekends (time off in lieu).
