Our client is an established family owned and run business that offers customers excellent products, value for money and service across many product ranges and industries.

An opportunity has arisen within the Ecommerce division for a leading supplier of home, garden & leisure products across multiple retail channels including market places such as eBay, Amazon for a Customer Service Administrator to assist the expanding customer base.

The role will involve managing and exceeding customer expectations via email and phone in a timely, organised and professional manner. The role is fast paced and will including dealing with customers over the phone and via email, dealing with customer returns, claims forms & managing shipments as well as other general office duties.

Applications are invited from candidates with the following skills set

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar customer service role
Experience with eBay, Amazon and online stores
Passionate about customer service and exceeding customer expectations
Organised and self motivated
Willing to learn new skills
Ability to use MS Office inc Outlook emails, Word + Excel.
The role will involve working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday
