Our client, a fantastic and innovative company are recruiting for a Customer Support Executive to join their busy office based in Leeds City Centre. You will be handling enquiries from existing and prospective students related to the products offered by the company and managing these student enquiries from the initial enquiry to post enrolment.

This is a great opportunity for a confident and friendly individual with experience of providing customer service within an office environment.

Your duties will include:

* Dealing with enquiries efficiently and professionally in a timely manner
* You will provide accurate and effective assistance to students
* Obtaining prospect information from all new students and entering on to an internal database
* Building rapport with students at every opportunity
* You will identify opportunities for cross selling
* Enrolling students on to courses efficiently, ensuring all details are entered accurately
* You will maintain and update the student management systems
* Ensuring all requests for refunds, transfers and deferrals are authorised by the appropriate manager before communicating with the student

The successful candidate will have superb communication skills and experience of working in a customer services position in an office environment. You must also possess the following skills and experience:

* Strong communication skills
* Excellent customer service experience
* Strong IT skills
* Ability to work well in a team
