Job Description

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the role will have the following key objectives and responsibilities:

* To provide an effective and efficient service, which ensures that internal and external customer requirements are met
* Provide technical assistance and comprehensively understand the product range to maximise all sales opportunities
* To ensure that the daily sales administrative planning is achieved
* To continuously review sales office administrative systems and processes in order to achieve continuous improvement
* To actively participate in internal and external training programmes and specific projects that meet the needs of the business, as required and directed by the Commercial Manager
* Manage customer concerns effectively to minimise the effect on the customer and costs to the business
* Respond to a variety of incoming calls and requests
* Develop strong relationships with existing customers, responding to and processing their orders and dealing with day to day enquiries (by telephone, fax and e-mail).
