Select Appointments are currently recruiting for a sales coordinator to join the expanding team of our reputable client based in Lincoln.

Working in a busy fast paced environment the main duties of the role will involve:

• Make outbound calls to both new and existing customers.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Understanding customer needs and creating opportunities to increasing business with both new and existing customers.
• Identifying sales opportunities and effectively presenting key features and benefits of product(s).
• Secure new business and obtain appointments for the Business development Managers to attend.

Person specification:

• You will possess the ability and confidence to communicate with people of all levels and seniority.
• Be organised and committed to recording accurate information with detailed notes.
• Be willing to work as art of a small and dedicated team, supporting team members and working towards team targets.
• Be able to perform consistently well under pressure, displaying a can-do attitude at all times.
• Be able to demonstrate an excellent work ethic and be willing to go the extra mile.
• Have an excellent telephone manner with previous experience in Telesales preferred.


Excellent commission structure.
Hours of work are 8.30 to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday
