Our client is a fast growing well established, local company looking for Customer Services Manager to join their operations team.

The role is focussed on ensuring the customer service delivered is nothing but exceptional. You will be involved in working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the core values of the company are upheld.

What does the role entail?

• Overseeing the UK and International customer services teams
• Liaising with sales managers, as well as the Global business manager.
• Validating data input, pricing, deliveries and promotions
• Managing performance
• Budgeting and creating forecasts
• General administration
• Much, much more!!
