The Role

CRM Team Leader responsible for 8 - 10 Account Managers

The main purpose of the job is to:

* Deliver the team sales target
* Deliver the required volume of effective coaching
* Manage and motivate the sales and quality performance of a team Account Managers
* Ensure Account Managers are delivering individual sales targets
* Maximise productivity
* Report and distribute management information highlighting areas for improvement and those of concern and opportunity
* Appraise and develop staff
* Work towards and implement best practice

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities

1. Coach, Motivate and Support through a coaching culture

* Provide feedback and coach each Account Manager for a minimum coaching session per week (documented)
* Attend at least one monthly calibration session with L&D and Manager to discuss performance of team and future development needs
* Deliver a development plan for under performing Account Managers

2. Manage and develop a team of Account Managers to deliver targets and objectives including
(i) Sales Performance

* Sales target ownership
* Up-sell / Sales Leads
* Renewal rate (terminations)
* Average Value Order rate (Growth)
* Sales productivity

(ii) Communicate results to team via buzz sessions/team meetings
(iii) Attendance and Timekeeping

* Managing team's absence and timekeeping

(iv) Quality and Training

* Develop Account Managers sales and customer service skills
* Brief and train staff on new products, sales cycle
* Deliver quota of Call Quality Monitoring and feedback - via call recording, side by side listening in or silent monitoring
* Identify coaching needs and deliver coaching sessions

(v) Administration

* Send daily, weekly & monthly team reports
* Prepare and deliver team monthly review sessions

3. Business reporting

* Regularly update CRM Sales Manager and Director with sales performance v target
* Meet with and review results with CRM Sales Manager and Management team on a monthly basis

4. Human Resources and Personnel Management

* Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process as and when required
* Carry out 121 reviews
* Carry out Individual Appraisals
* Carry out review and disciplinary meetings
* Ensure paperwork (sickness / hols / leavers) is submitted to HR in the appropriate timescale

5. Office Environment

* Maintain high motivation levels
* Maintain a friendly competitive environment
* Implement team initiatives

6. Other

* Carry out any other duties as required by the Company
