My client are currently looking for experienced, outgoing customer service or retail professionals to join their Mortgages team based in the Moulton Park area of Northampton.

This is a shift based role and working hours will be between 08:00-20:00 Monday-Friday and 08:00-17:00 on Saturdays (days off are given during the week if you are rota'd to work a Saturday)

The Role:

* My client are looking for candidates that are able to deliver an exceptional level of customer service over the telephone.
* You will be required to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and that you do the right thing for the customers - this is paramount to the success of the company.
* This role will be varied and could see you supplying account information or processing an overdraft request - you will need to think about the bigger picture for customers and how you can help them more; discussing other products or services they may benefit from.​

Skills & experience: ​

* Customer Service Experience (Telephone, retail/hospitality)
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Confident in taking ownership of calls
* Willingness to learn new skills and abilities.

Experience with the following may also be beneficial:
Call centre, Customer Services, Customer Care, Retail, Hospitality, MS office, Telesales, Contact Centre, Sales Assistant, Waiter, Waitress, Customer Focused, Complaint Handling, Complaint Resolution, Sales, Aftercare.
