We have a temp to perm opportunity in a centre of Cirencester for a Customer Service Executive starting on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established company with progression and development opportunities

The role will involve:
- Acting as first point of contact for incoming calls to the firm
- Covering reception as and when necessary
- Dealing with correspondence from clients
- Processing outbound correspondence
- Updating in-house databases
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Fielding calls
- Providing reports
- Updating company literature

The successful candidate must have:
- Experience in an office based customer service based role.
- Maths and English at C or above at GCSE level or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work as a team

Working Monday to Friday with great benefits package. Potentially could go permanent
