Our client is a construction and maintenance contractor operating across London and the southern counties. We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer, to join their growing Contact Centre team in Dartford. You will use your passion for providing excellent customer service to ensure that residents using our reactive repairs business receive an excellent level of service.

In order to deliver great service, you will be responsible (as part of a team) for co-ordinating the day-to-day delivery of maintenance repairs. Duties will include handling telephone enquiries, logging work tickets/orders onto the system and monitoring the progression of works to ensure they are completed to a consistently high standard.

Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will be a fun and friendly individual who enjoys working within a team. Successful candidates will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure and have excellent telephone skills.

* Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and oral
* Excellent telephone manner coupled with customer care skills
* Flexible Approach
* Ability to deal with difficult customers and sensitive situations
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and all software packages associated with repair operations, scheduling and assets.
* A reasonable diagnostic technical skill to ensure an appropriate repair is raised

It is ideal for this role if you have experience of working within a contact centre or call centre, however this is not essential.
