Our client are a successful packaging manufacturer based near Chester, and are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team, managing customer queries and working with internal sales to manage accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional to join a growing successful manufacturing organisation on a permanent basis.

Role and Responsibilities:

Front end customer service - responding to enquiries via email or telephone, or via the external sales team.
Monitor customer enquiries and orders according to SLA's.
Act as point of contact for a number of accounts - Input Quotations and Sales Orders onto the MIS system.
When required, working with the accounts team to assist in invoice queries, and resolving any payment issues including overdue debt and credits.
Maintaining correct levels of Customer Finished Goods stock.
Work closely with external Sales, Senior Customer Services Executive and the Planning/Purchasing and Commercial Manager.

Skills and Experience:

Previous customer services experience is essential
Internal sales understanding - ability to manage accounts and incoming sales orders etc.
Experience within the packaging or printing industry would be highly desirable, however other manufacturing industry experience could be considered.
MIS systems
Understanding of Stock Control
Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
