We are seeking to recruit a Helpdesk operator, working under a 37.5 hour week on a flexible contract which will include weekends on a rota basis.

Working within a friendly but busy call centre environment, your role will include logging jobs, dealing with queries and handling escalations for our high profile clients.

All duties require strong telephone and computer capabilities, so will need to be a clear communicator and due to working patterns flexible in availability. Accuracy and literacy is absolutely important, so you will ideally be educated to GCSE/ A Level standard.

Work will be required to work during bank holidays on a rota basis and a lieu day will be given in exchange for any Bank Holidays worked.

Similar experience is preferred however training will be provided. As this is a security controlled environment we are required to complete a traceable work history along with a financial and Police check and will be subject to a six month probation period.
