Part Time Customer Service Advisor role

Your new company
A well-established manufacturing organisation in Warwick are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Working the Part Time hours of 12 hours a week across three days.

Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service via telephone, email and live chat. You will be dealing with a variety of queries from stockists regarding orders, checking part numbers for identification and stock availability. You will also process the orders onto the bespoke in-house system.

What you'll need to succeed
As the ideal candidate, you will need previous customer service experience and be able to communicate effectively. Experience of order processing is also desirable. You must be able to work in a busy environment within a large team. This organisation is looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual.

What you'll get in return
You will be working attractive part time hours, 12 hours across three days. This organisation can show some flexibility. You will also be earning a competitive salary of £17500 pro rata.
