Part Time Permanent Customer Service Advisor - Milton Keynes (£7.40 per hour)

This is a permanent position which will allow you to develop your customer service skills, whilst gaining experience in an office environment. This role is for part time hours, which must be evenings and weekends.

This vacancy is extremely flexible and can be worked around you! You can choose anything from 20 hours a week up to 35 hours. This must consist of at least 2 evenings in the week and 1 shift on either a Saturday or a Sunday.

It is important that you are available for the full 7 weeks of training which will be Monday to Friday 5:30pm – 9:30pm. Then after that it will go into the shift patterns..

For weekday shifts, you must be flexible for at least a 4 hour shift between the hours of 4pm – 11pm and on the weekends you must be flexible for at least a 4 hour shift between the hours of 6am-11pm.

You will need to be confident, approachable and hold excellent customer service skills; however you will get full training for this role!

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for evaluating incoming calls from cardholders on behalf of our client. You will be expected to deal with all cases and queries in a professional manner.

Due to the nature of the business you will be subject to a cleared CRB/CCJ check.

You will be expected to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are achieved in order to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
