Our client, a well-known international company within the automotive industry, is currently looking for Norwegian and Danish and English speaking candidates to join their dynamic and growing customer services team.

You will be working in a multilingual team and dealing with a wide range of enquiries via email, fax, telephone and letter. As a multilingual customer service advisor you would be required to offer high quality customer service at all times whilst consistently liaising with all internal departments. The Customer Service advisor with fluent Norwegian and Danish and English will update databases on a regular basis so a high level of competency in IT software is essential.

The location of the company is Luton, you will need to be able to commute or there is a relocation package offered by the company if you are flexible to move nearby.


* Fluent in English and Norwegian and Danish, written and spoken
* Interest in or experience in handling inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to client/customer queries via telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
* Proven experience working in a customer support, customer services or client support environment
* World class training offered
* Proven team player that has a keen willingness to learn new things
