What the successful Customer Care Advisor will look like;

* Previous Customer Service Experience either from a face to face / over the phone
* Positive attitude along with a warm, friendly and outgoing personality
* Good standard of education with a minimum of GCSE's in both Math's and English
* Genuinely passionate about delivering amazing customer service
* Able to excel in a fast paced environment
* A love of taking ownership of all client queries and problems
