Working in partnership with one of Glasgow's newest Contact Centres, OE Group are currently seeking experienced Outbound Sales Advisors to join this upcoming and enjoyable environment in the city centre of Glasgow.

If you are seeking an opportunity to take your existing skills in outbound Sales to an organisation where you want to feel like more than just a number, then this is the right environment for you. Within this organisation, all of the staff are trained to a high standard, and many individually receive a recognised accreditation award (SVQ).
The business is owned by a family who have over the years grown into a large contact centre, and they still believe everyone should be treated with the respect and professionalism that seems to fade in many large scale contact centre environments. The directors make a point of knowing every single person by name, and will encourage all staff to develop and grow within the organisation, and this can be confirmed my many of the management team who had initially started as Advisors within this organisation. In addition to this, they also boast one of the best retention figures of all contact centres in the area. Everyone is there for the long term, so no more revolving door or team changes on a weekly basis!

Not only is the company fresh, but the campaign is too, it's energy sales, but not as you know it, it's not any of the usual organisations that are represented in the Glasgow contact centre world. It's a fresh start, a new challenge, it's fun, it's fast paced and it's a place to earn as well as learn.

So what do we need?

* One year's Telesales / Sales experience (Energy Sales would be a distinct advantage)
* Strong track record of achieving Sales targets
* Ability to provide high levels of customer service
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well both in a team and on your own
* Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially over the telephone
* Basic IT skills including using multiple operating systems
* Competence to work within an agreed regulatory code of conduct
* Management of existing customer feedback

OK, So what's in it for you?
