Why do companies post big lists of demands for the roles they have on offer? you must have this, must have that…don't do this, don't do that!! If that's not enough to send you running for the hills, I don't know what is!!

Well, you'll be glad to hear that that's not how we roll, we like to offer something different, something fresh, and most importantly something that our candidates actually enjoy doing.So let's cut to the chase, yes, it's outbound sales, yes it's a call centre, yes, its' 1pm to 9pm Monday to Thursday and 12 noon till 8pm on a Friday.So let's talk about the most important things, and not the old fashioned interview question "Why should we hire you?" (We hate that just as much as you do), We prefer to say "Here's why we would like you to join us"

So here we go…….Environment: We pride ourselves on having a very friendly culture, we don't shuffle teams and take you out your comfort zone every other week, we bed people in, your desk is your desk, and your team are your team! So all our new agents receive first class training onsite directly from our clients training academy coaches. All we ask is that you bring you're "A Game" and we will help develop you to a whole new level. Our training is ongoing, so it's classroom, to grad bay, to buddied up, and then continued development and support to ensure you are continually up to speed on the latest products, policies and procedures.

Earning Potential: We don't like to brag, but we know if you are good at selling, you will be in one of the highest earning contact centre roles in the UK, and that's a fact. We pay a basic of £7.20ph for the first thirteen weeks, then we raise this to £7.50ph, however I'm sure the basic is not what drives you in any sales roles, it's the potential to earn big! So what's the potential I hear you ask! Well, on average our agents are earning £300 per week on bonus, big hitters are more £600 per week and we have a few super stars who average around £800 per week. And don't just take my word for it, come along to our assessment day and I'll gladly let you meet all of them. And you don't have to wait forever to see your earnings as we will pay your wage and bonus on a weekly basis.

Prospects: We know you have big aspirations to develop your career, and we continually encourage our staff to climb the career ladder internally, almost all our Trainers, Team Leaders, Managers etc, all started here as Agents. So if you have what it takes, we'll be the first to let you know.
