As a Customer Advisor, you will be tasked with utilising your expertise to resolve any outstanding customer balances.

Specifically, you will:

- Provide customers with advice during inbound and outbound calls
- Make affordability checks, take payments and arrange payment plans
- Understand and record customers’ circumstances
- Direct customers to external organisations for additional advice

Interested? To join the Secure Trust Bank team, you’ll need debt collections experience. Ideally, you will have gained this within a contact centre – but don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a contact centre before. If you have a hunger for success and existing debt collections knowledge, you’ll learn all you need to know as part of your training programme.

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be helpful and friendly with an inquisitive nature. Eager to learn, you must also be a strong communicator who can quickly build rapport with customers.

Experience gained within a financial services or regulated environment would be beneficial to your application.
